Donation Information

We love your donations!
Without your donations, we have nothing to sell.
Here are the things we accept (and what we can’t take).

Our list may change from time to time, so feel free to check back before donating.

Our shop is made up entirely of donations. The Book Barn takes donations at the door labeled “Book Donations” and the Bargain Barn takes donations through their front door marked “Bargain Barn” (place donations in the small room on your left, just inside the door).

Donations accepted Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10 am - 4 pm; Saturdays from 9 am - noon. We ask that you ONLY donate during those hours. Please do not leave anything outside. Due to limited storage capacity, you can bring up to three shopping bags or boxes per donation, once per day. Please, NO black gargbage bags (they’re too heavy — we can’t lift them)!

The Bargain Barn accepts the following:

  • Men’s and women's clothing, including outerwear. Please, no children's clothing

  • Men’s and women’s footwear. Please, no children's footwear.

  • Handbags and accessories

  • Kitchen and housewares, collectibles/antiques, knickknacks, and glassware

  • Home decor, artwork, wall hangings

  • Art, craft, and sewing supplies

We cannot accept furniture (we don’t have the space), skateboards/rollerblades, plants. We will be updating what we cannot accept shortly so keep posted.

“The impact of this in our communities is widely felt.”
